World Wide Freedom Rally Sept 17!

As one narrative collapses after another, we hold the light. We stand together. All together. We create what we need to help each other. No matter what narrative they try next, we know we are free.

Source World Wide Freedom Rally Official Site.

With Mandates lifting around the World, and with the Freedom Movement growing with local community events, the World Wide Demonstration team has decided that it should focus on building a large rally event for September, and take an intermission from the World Wide Rally for Freedom, previously aligned for July 23rd.

☀ This is an opportunity for our movement to take a step towards a set of broader objectives and return with renewed strength in September.

We have big plans for September to make this event bigger and better than ever before.

What the mainstream media is not reporting on are the massive amount of world-wide protests against climate change policies, inflation and worldwide farmer uprisings, you’ll find no mention of the economic protests raging in Spain, Morocco, Greece, and the United Kingdom.

Rallies in support of the farmers are set to take place simultaneously in several provinces, including Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec and Saskatchewan. The rallies are grass-roots movements organized by locals in each province.

Just don’t expect to read all about it in the mainstream media.

A slurry of media reports were released yesterday including the headline “Trudeau event at brewery cancelled as apparent convoy protesters”.  What mainstream media fails to mention it that these “apparent convoy protestors” included tractors.

Mainstream media bias to attempt to identify these protestors as “convoy protestors” is an easy way for the mainstream media to dismiss these protestors as anti-vax, anti-mandate or the fringe.

France Protests:

What the mainstream media is not reporting on are the massive amount of world-wide protests against climate change policies, inflation and worldwide farmer uprisings, you’ll find no mention of the economic protests raging in Spain, Morocco, Greece, and the United Kingdom.

Spain Protests:

You won’t find mention of the more than 100,000 people protesting in Madrid or in Athens. Mainstream media has largely glossed over the tens of thousands of farmers in the Netherlands who clogged up roadways and distributions centers by holding Canada’s trucker freedom convoy style demonstrations to protest radical climate policies.

Italy Protests:

As of July 5, there are protests of more than 120,000 people in France, 100,000 in Spain, 10,000 in Greece, 10,000 in Kazakhstan, 10,000 in Sri Lanka, 10,000 in India, 5,000 in Iran, 5,000 in Peru, 1,000 people in Argentina, 1,000 in Morocco, and 1,000 in the U.K.

Armenia Protests:

None of the major news outlets wrote a single line on the protests of more than 100,000 demonstrators in Spain, more than 10,000 in Greece, more than 1,000 in Morocco, and more than 1,000 in the U.K.  The mainstream media only highlights these economic protests when they get so loud they can no longer be ignored, as we saw with the Sri Lankans’ protests that attacked their president’s home.

Kenya Protests:

The media only highlight these world protests when they grow too big to ignore, or when the facts can be skewed toward their preferring narratives. Cherry-picking which protests to highlight gives media cover to paint them as isolated incidents in non-Western countries instead of a worldwide trend showing the consequences of embracing left-wing policies.

Dutch Farmer Protests – Police Shots Fired at Protest Tractors https://canadianriley.com/dutch-farmer-protests-police-shots-fired-at-protest-tractors/ https://canadianriley.com/dutch-farmer-protests-police-shots-fired-at-protest-tractors/?noamp=mobile#respond Sun, 10 Jul 2022 05:34:57 +0000 https://canadianriley.com/?p=1162 Dutch Farmer Protests:

Dutch farmers angry at government plans to slash emissions have blocked roads and supermarket distribution centers for several days, sparking fears of food shortages.

The unrest among Dutch farmers was triggered by a government proposal to slash emissions of pollutants like nitrogen oxide and ammonia by 50 per cent by 2030. Provincial governments have been given a year to formulate plans to achieve the goal.

The reforms are expected to include reducing livestock and buying up some farms whose animals produce large amounts of ammonia. Farmers argue they are being unfairly targeted and are being given no perspective for their future.

Thousands of farmers have gathered in the central Netherlands to protest against the Dutch government’s plans to rein in emissions of nitrogen oxide and ammonia, driving their tractors across the Netherlands and snarling traffic on major highways.

Farmers hooted their tractors’ horns as they drove onto the field, where a banner on a truck read, in Dutch: “What The Hague chooses is deeply sad for the farmer”, a reference to lawmakers in the city that houses the Netherlands’ parliament.

Dutch police shot at a tractor during a heated night of farm protests and detained three demonstrators, the latest incident in a string of protests against government plans to cut pollutant emissions that many farmers fear would hurt their livelihoods.  One of the tractor drivers is reported to be a 16 years old.

Police in northern Friesland said Wednesday that no one was hurt in the incident that involved warning shots and direct targeting of a tractor that broke free from a line. Police said there was an attempt to drive into their vehicles and officers; however videos captured shows that the tractor was driving away from the police.  Because shots were fired, an official investigation into the incident was started.

Holland Farmer Protests:

We are now also covering the International farmers protests and other protests.  These are developing stories and will be updated accordingly.  Whenever possible we will include video coverage.

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said he will leave office once a new government is in place, and hours later the Speaker of parliament said President Gotabaya Rajapaksa would step down on Wednesday.

Thousands of protesters entered the capital, Colombo, and swarmed into Rajapaksa’s fortified residence. Videos showed jubilant crowds splashing in the garden pool, lying on beds and using their cellphone cameras to capture the moment. Some made tea, while others issued statements from a conference room demanding that the president and prime minister go.

Abe, 67, was shot from behind minutes after he started his speech in Nara. He was airlifted to a hospital for emergency treatment but was not breathing and his heart had stopped. He was later pronounced dead despite emergency treatment that included massive blood transfusions, hospital officials said.

In the next moment, security guards leap on top of a man in gray shirt who lies face down on the pavement. A double-barreled device that appeared to be a handmade gun is seen on the ground. Nara prefectural police confirmed the arrest of Tetsuya Yamagami, 41, on suspicion of attempted murder.

https://twitter.com/TiaRileyCanada/status/1545530610617176064

Police arrested the suspected gunman at the scene of an attack that shocked many in Japan, which is one of the world’s safest nations and has some of the strictest gun control laws anywhere.

Shinzo Abe was a Japanese politician who served as prime minister of Japan and President of the Liberal Democratic Party from 2006 to 2007 and again from 2012 to 2020. He was the longest-serving prime minister in Japanese history.

Justin Trudeau and Boris Johnson Joke About Who Has Bigger Plane at G7 https://canadianriley.com/justin-trudeau-and-boris-johnson-joke-about-who-has-bigger-plane-at-g7/ https://canadianriley.com/justin-trudeau-and-boris-johnson-joke-about-who-has-bigger-plane-at-g7/?noamp=mobile#respond Mon, 27 Jun 2022 04:51:21 +0000 https://canadianriley.com/?p=899 Boris Johnson and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau compared the size of their planes in Bavaria today. They may be gathering for the most important G7 in years, but Boris Johnson and Justin Trudeau couldn’t help but compare the sizes of their official jets.

They met on the margins of the G7 Summit in Germany and began by discussing their aircrafts.  Boris said that he spotted “Canada Force One” on the Tarmac at Munich Airport when he touched down this morning.

https://twitter.com/WallStreetSilv/status/1541470229405978624

“Can Force One”, as the plane is known, is an Airbus A310 categorized as a CC-150 Polaris.

Trudeau joked Boris’ Airbus A321 plane was bigger, to which the British PM insisted that his jet is “very modest”.

‘Canada Force One’ stretches to 153ft in length compared to Mr Johnson’s 146ft plane.

Liberals Likely to use Abortion as a Wedge Issue in Next Election – They are Already Doing It https://canadianriley.com/liberals-likely-to-use-abortion-as-a-wedge-issue-in-next-election-they-are-already-doing-it/ https://canadianriley.com/liberals-likely-to-use-abortion-as-a-wedge-issue-in-next-election-they-are-already-doing-it/?noamp=mobile#respond Sat, 25 Jun 2022 21:17:07 +0000 https://canadianriley.com/?p=869 Abortion is one of the key political issues where the Liberals want to distinguish themselves from the Conservatives.

“Canada is a country where we stand up for women’s rights,” Justin Trudeau said. “And I will not allow others to limit those rights.”

The Liberals are going on the offensive over this issue, by committing to “no longer provide charity status to anti-abortion organizations (for example, Crisis Pregnancy Centres).” Both measures could provoke a negative reaction from pro-life advocates – and put pressure on the Conservatives to oppose the policy. With the recent rollback of abortion rights in United States fresh in the minds of many, the next Liberal campaign will hope this issue motivates women voters as it has in the past.

The T-shirt said “Stop Mining Tar Sands” and, below a picture of a pipeline, added “Canada’s Climate Crime.”

Vettel was asked about the T-shirt at a news conference, and he described it as a “small gesture,” adding that he’d be wearing a special helmet to raise awareness about the oilsands.

“I think what happens in Alberta is a crime because you chop down a lot of trees and you basically destroy the place just to extract oil, and the manner of doing it with the tarsands, oilsands mining, is horrible for nature,” Vettel said. “There’s so much science around the topic that fossil fuels are going to end, and living in a time that we do now, these things shouldn’t be allowed anymore, and they shouldn’t happen.”

Sonya Savage, Alberta’s Minister of Energy shot back “I have seen a lot of hypocrisy over the years, but this one takes the cake. A race car driver sponsored by Aston Martin, with financing from Saudi Aramco, complaining about the oilsands.”

“In a shocking way of hypocrisy this past weekend in Montreal German Formula One driver Sebastian Vettel had the audacity to call Alberta’s oil sands a crime. The Aston Martin driver is sponsored by Saudi Aramco, the largest oil producer on the planet.”

Sending a senior foreign affairs staffer to a party at Russia’s foreign embassy was offensive and undermines Canada’s mission to hold Russia accountable for its horrific actions in Ukraine.

At first, Joly attempted to paint the situation as entirely the fault of public servants in her department, and suggested the decision wasn’t run by her office beforehand. She wouldn’t say whether she personally knew about plans to attend the Russia Day celebration.

Melanie Joly says a Canadian representative never should have attended a party at the Russian Embassy and that the buck stops with her as the Minister. She didn’t answer if she knew in advance that the representative planned to attend the party or who they were.

The reality is, this should never have happened. And this will not happen again. I’m the Minister and the buck stops here.
