Tamara Lich Arrested in Medicine Hat Alberta to Appear in Court on June 29

Re-Arrested Tamara Lich to appear in court on June 29th.  Tamara Lich has been arrested in Medicine Hat Alberta. The reason for her arrest is believed to be related to her bail conditions.  One of the Freedom Convoy lawyers Keith Wilson confirmed the news on Monday.

Daniel Bulford, security for the Freedom convoy Tweeted:
“Extending a warrant from Ontario to Alberta sounds like a Canada Wide warrant. Normally reserved for serious offenses like Murder, not breach allegations. This is an intentional effort to create chaos. Or do you need a distraction @CommrRCMPGRC”:

Tamara Lich was arrested Monday by local police in Medicine Hat, Alta. She could be held in Alberta for up to six days before being brought back to Ottawa.  Lich has no prior criminal record and has not been convicted of the charges she now faces.

When Lich returns to Ottawa, she is expected to face a new charge of breach of recognisance under the Criminal Code of Canada. Lich could remain in jail in Ottawa until a new bail hearing would be scheduled on the new charge.

One of those individuals, convoy spokesperson Tom Marazzo, was photographed beside Lich on June 16 in Toronto at an event run by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms.

Daniel Bulford “I’ve been told the breach charge against Tamara may have resulted over a photo taken at the JCCF event. If this is true, it shows a complete lack of investigation. Lawyers were present, as per conditions, & a Judge ruled she was permitted to receive the award.”
